We moved from the west coast. Blake was recommended by our broker in Seattle. It’s not always easy to connect with someone via email but Blake did a great job. He came up with a strategy that allowed us to see all of the houses we were interested in over a short period of time. The days were long and he was so easy to be with. He really understood what we were looking for and he patiently explained all of the various details involved with each different property. Ultimately, we found our perfect home and it was in an area that we had never seen before. Blake was fantastic.
The escrow process went smoothly, especially with us being out of state.
